The course IGP "Major construction projects: Monitoring, economic efficiency and white-collar crime" provides an overview of the methods, instruments and risks of economic planning and construction. At the beginning of the semester, students receive an introduction to Integral Building Planning - Part 1 Construction Economics. Building on this, concrete questions on cost-benefit analysis, economic efficiency, life cycle considerations and risk minimisation are developed in workshops and deepened on the basis of case studies. In addition, scientific work and writing will be strengthened within the framework of the seminar work.
