In the context of project development, various plans are evaluated in terms of their economic efficiency and return on investment. In the elective course, students receive an overview of various calculation methods and key figures for profitability assessment. The special features in relation to residential and commercial real estate, new buildings and existing buildings are examined and discussed. The students first evaluate the economic viability for an existing design, then change various boundary conditions and evaluate the results for their project development within the framework of a term paper.
