As part of the impromptu programme, students have the opportunity to gain insights into the topic of real estate purchases and sales. During a one-day workshop in the white week, which is conducted in cooperation with the consulting firm Drees & Sommer, the students first learn about the essential risks in real estate transactions. For this purpose, the relevant basics (technical, economic, legal, etc.) are taught in an interactive lecture. This is followed by the processing of a case study in group work. For this purpose, the students virtually walk through a property. In addition, building-related documents are viewed and evaluated in a digital data room for possible risks.
The aim of the seminar is to gain insight into the activities of a real estate consultant. No previous knowledge in this subject area is required to participate in the Steigreif.
