FF | Real Estate Valuation
Within the scope of the seminar, an overview of the activities of a real estate appraiser is first given. In addition, an initial introduction to real estate valuation will take place. For this purpose, the relevant legal principles and valuation procedures are explained and the knowledge thus acquired is implemented and deepened in the context of a (virtual) site inspection of a property to be valued.
The goals of the seminar are to learn the basics of real estate valuation, to recognize obvious valuation errors and to independently prepare an expert opinion for a standard object (single-family house).
