M2.2 | College Living
As part of the M2.2 project and design work in the winter semester 2023/24, students will gain insights into the work of project development and deepen this in the course of investigating and developing housing for students on Campus West in Aachen. The special feature is the integration of student housing in a research building.
In particular, the following topics will be dealt with:
- Economic efficiency
- Examination of operator and housing concepts
- Consideration of the requirements and needs for student housing on campus areas
- Development, comparison and evaluation of target group-oriented concepts
- Elaboration of a design, taking into account the specific requirements and findings developed in advance.
