Optional module | Smart and Sustainable
Smart and sustainable cities are the future, but what exactly do we imagine them to be and what potential and challenges do these developments hold for the future of construction? Students investigate these questions in their coursework. On the basis of a theoretical analysis of the framework conditions and possibilities of smart and sustainable urban development, the students concretise future development trends and fields of action in the form of a written thesis.
