large construction site Copyright: Landmarken AG

Within the real estate industry as a whole, project development is of significant economic importance. At the same time, project development is one of the most complex and therefore most difficult processes in the real estate industry. In this seminar, students learn how creative, social and economic processes have to be brought together in order to generate sustainable, long-term and positive impulses in urban development. All typical stages of project development are taught in a practical way. Through a combination of theoretical lectures and practical insights, the students gain first basic knowledge and a fundamental understanding of real estate project development, starting with the project idea, through the analysis and acquisition phase, the project conception to the realization and marketing.
