M1 Draft Future Living in Dusseldorf

The exempted M 1 design "future living in Düsseldorf" has taken place in cooperation with the Gentes Group (Düsseldorf). In the Düsseldorf district of Flingern-Nord, a mixture of privately financed and subsidized housing construction was planned for a former allotment garden area. As part of the student work, the students first developed various usage scenarios. In cooperation with the Gentes Group and the city of Dusseldorf, a concept was selected and the planning deepened. The project is scheduled for spring 2018.
