Building and planning economics

The Bachelor's course "Construction and Planning Economics" teaches the fundamentals of real estate economics in building construction.

The course shows methods and instruments for the economic planning and optimisation of buildings in the context of project development, planning, realisation and use. The course strengthens and develops the competence to process and evaluate design projects with regard to real estate economic issues. In particular, the focus is on demand-oriented and resource-saving construction methods and an awareness of the relationship between costs and benefits over the entire life cycle of a property.

  • Use costs in building construction
  • Real estate valuation
  • Real estate market
  • Property and real estate law
  • Economic efficiency
  • Project management
  • HOAI

The event will be supported and enriched by expert guest lecturers from the construction and real estate industry.
